In order to prevent data breaches caused by lost or stolen credentials, Microsoft has implemented Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Faculty, staff, and students who use the school’s Office 365 (Microsoft 365) accounts may see a prompt to install and configure the Microsoft Authenticator mobile app when signing in. If this occurs, please refer to the setup and activation instructions provided by the authorized Microsoft partner and Microsoft’s official documentation below.
